Concept Statement

An intermingling between industrial and organic elements is the main focus of this design which conveys the clients need for an environment that is high-tech, reliable, innovative, and focused on good communication. With the use of clean, simple lines and green accents, a modern office space is created that will encourage productivity and team collaboration, while still offering privacy when needed. Horizontal lines not only create a modern feel but also one of balance and stability. This space is healthy for occupants through the use of sustainable materials and finishes that will maintain indoor air quality and display that the company desires to give back to the environment. Providing an exterior view and open concept to the bulk of the employees creates an atmosphere of being outdoors and inspires creativity. Day lighting will help the employees feel more alert while reducing the need for artificial lighting and lowering their environmental impact. Taking the client’s graphic design into consideration, colors such as different shades of blue, green, and red will be included throughout the space.  Design will not be limited to those without disabilities due to compliance with ADA codes and regulations. With the company being born out of the rise of technology, innovative features are incorporated to create the sense that they are ahead of their time. The employees are also encouraged to create individual spaces in order to be more comfortable and productive without taking away from the overall design focus. This space will satisfy the clients’ requirements while providing an uplifting work environment.
